With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before,
during and after birth.
I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing
and step in with anything you might need.

VIRTUAL SUPPORT $550
I will provide you knowledge and emotional support during pregnancy, throughout labor and delivery,
and postpartum through phone, text, and email.
I do this in light of Covid 19. A Virtual Doula is invaluable for families on tighter budgets,
those living in rural areas who find it difficult to get an in-person doula,
and families who do not want someone present at delivery
but need informational and emotional support during pregnancy.
Includes:

2 Prenatal appointment via Zoom

Unlimited phone support

Planning assisting birth plan
-
Continuous emotional and informational support throughout childbirth until 2 hrs postpartum

2 Postpartum appointments via Zoom to review the birth experience, address any concerns, ect.
Postpartum & Infant Care Support
$25/hour Daytime
$40/Hour Overnight
My role as your Postpartum Doula is to ensure you get the best care and support possible!
During this "Journey of Healing", i want to make sure that you and your family are well taken care of
and make sure that you have a smooth transition into a life change with your newborn.
Empowering Doula Services offers 4-12 hour support, whether that is Day time or Overnight!
No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.

Healing is an important stage during the postpartum journey.
This package comes with 3 -5 sessions.

Cesarean (C-section Birth package)
$625
Everyone should have to opportunity be supported in every way possible. Those that are having a planned cesarean birth or an unexpected scheduled c-section but still would need a little extra support during the process, this package is for YOU!
(The doula will be present with you from the time you arrive to the hospital until 4-5 hrs after procedure)
